1. Bookings & Payment

All bookings for The Inside Track are subject to full payment at the time of booking. Your place is only confirmed once payment has been received in full.

All bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances. Please ensure you have read and understood these terms in full before completing your booking.

2. The Video Modules & Live Q&A Sessions

Upon booking, you will receive personal login details to The Inside Track members area, where you will have access to a series of bite-size video modules hosted by Bonnie. These modules are available to watch at your own pace for 6 months from the date of purchase.

You will also have access to monthly live Q&A sessions and recordings, hosted by Bonnie, for the duration of your 6 months. Special guests will be announced in advance. Dates will be communicated in advance. If you are unable to attend a Q&A session, no refund or partial refund will be issued. Recording of the session will be available.

3. What's Included

The Inside Track package includes:

1. Access to a series of bite-size video modules hosted by Bonnie

2. Personal self-tape and photograph review with feedback from Bonnie

3. Creation of an industry-standard CV for your child

4. A profile on The Inside Track platform, live for a maximum of 6 months from the date of going live

5. Monthly live Q&A sessions with Bonnie for the duration of your 6 months

6. 24 hours' advance email notice of all Industry Parent workshops before they are released to the public

The Inside Track package is open to children of all ages across both the modelling and acting industries.

4. Platform Listing & Profile Removal

Your child's profile will be listed on The Inside Track platform for a maximum period of 6 months from the date it goes live. After this period, the profile will be permanently removed from the platform. No refund or extension will be offered upon removal.

You can request removal of your child's profile from this platform at any time with written notice. They will be removed within five working days.

We reserve the right to remove any profile at any time if we believe the content is inappropriate, incomplete, or misrepresentative.

5. Submission Deadline

To ensure timely profile activation, all materials required for your child's platform profile (photographs, self-tape and CV details) must be submitted within 90 days of your booking date. We will send reminders during this window.

Please note that your access to the modules and Q&A sessions begins on the date of purchase, regardless of when your platform profile goes live.

 

6. Sibling Add-On

The Inside Track Sibling Add-On is exclusively available to parents who have booked a main Inside Track package. The Sibling Add-On includes a self-tape review, CV creation, and 6-month platform profile for the additional child. It does not include separate access to the video modules or Q&A sessions, which are shared with the main package holder.

 

7. No Guarantee of Representation

We want to be completely transparent about this, it is one of our core values.

The Inside Track provides guidance, expertise, and a platform to showcase your child to recommended agencies. However, we cannot and do not guarantee that your child will receive an offer of representation from any agency.

All decisions regarding representation rest entirely at the individual discretion of each agency. Agencies are under no obligation to respond to, engage with, or offer representation to any profile listed on the platform. The Inside Track acts solely as a platform to present profiles, we have no influence over the decisions made by individual agencies.

 

8. Your Responsibilities

By purchasing a place on The Inside Track you confirm that:

1. You are the parent or legal guardian of the child being registered

2. All information provided is accurate and truthful

3. You have obtained consent from your child where appropriate

4. You understand and accept that representation is not guaranteed

 

9. Content & Intellectual Property

By submitting photos, videos, and other materials as part of your Inside Track package, you grant Industry Parent a non-exclusive licence to display this content on The Inside Track platform for the duration of your 6 month listing. Your content remains your own and will not be used for any other purpose without your explicit permission.

10. Privacy & Data

All personal data submitted as part of your booking and profile will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and in compliance with UK GDPR. Your data will not be shared with any third party other than the talent agencies who have access to The Inside Track platform for the purpose of seeking representation for your child.

 

11. Charity Donation

£10 from every sale of The Inside Track Premium is donated to our charity partner, National Youth Arts Trust. We'll keep you updated on the charity's work. This donation is made by Industry Parent on your behalf and does not affect the price you pay.

12. Bursary

We also offer a small number of bursary places each cohort, fully free, for families facing real financial barriers. Applications are read personally and places are awarded, so the process is simple but it isn't a formality. 

 

13. Changes to the Service

Industry Parent reserves the right to amend, update or change any aspect of The Inside Track service at any time. Where changes materially affect your booking, we will notify you as soon as reasonably possible.

 

14. Limitation of Liability

Industry Parent accepts no liability for any loss, disappointment, or cost incurred as a result of an agency choosing not to offer representation to your child. Our liability is limited in all circumstances to the amount paid for your Inside Track package.

 

15. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
